When we refund your order, you will see it back as a credit on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you purchased a subscription, it will automatically renew every 30 days. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. By ordering a Terra Tea Club monthly subscription, you understand and agree to be billed on a per-order basis, in a recurring fashion, at the frequency and quantity of your choosing until you decide to cancel your subscription.

If you purchased a gift subscription, it is a one time prepaid charge and the subscription will not renew past the duration you selected.
